KIAM (Kiel & Amanda) local collaborative Guelph artists received their degree in Studio Art from the University of Guelph. The focus in our latest work is the contrast between old and new. Buildings are of particular interest because they are the most visible elements of a city and that which gives a city its unique character and feeling. With the rapid changes our cities are undergoing they are endlessly fascinating. Each landscape is unique and is the result of history. In our work, documenting the changes and transitions is a way to record that time and consider our place within that space.
