Art on the Street 2014 – Last Chance to Volunteer!

If you enjoy art, music, and local food, and want to be involved in a successful community event, then Art on the Street is the place for you to volunteer. Happening on historic Quebec Street this Saturday July 12th, Art on the Street needs volunteers aged 16 and over, to commit to a 3 or 4 hour shift. All volunteers receive a free I ♥ Downtown Guelph t-shirt or toque, and yummy snacks and refreshments.
The process to volunteer is quick and easy. Volunteer applications are available to submit online at the DGBA website. The application deadline is Wednesday July 9th, 2014.
Art on the Street is a distinguished art festival in Guelph that highlight a variety of mediums, plus wandering minstrels and an Children’s Art Festival right in St. George’s Square on Saturday, July 12 from 10:00am until 5:00 pm. Art on the Street is a free event on Quebec Street which welcomes art lovers of all ages, and is co-hosted by the Downtown Guelph Business Association (DGBA) and Guelph Arts Council (GAC).
